The Lumina Residence is a contemporary family home designed around light, proportion, and material harmony. The concept centered on creating seamless transitions between shared and private spaces, allowing the interior to feel expansive without losing intimacy. Clean architectural lines are softened through layered textures, bespoke furnishings, and carefully curated art pieces. Every design decision was guided by balance — between minimalism and comfort, structure and softness, boldness and restraint.

A timeless palette of limestone, natural oak, and brushed brass establishes warmth and understated sophistication throughout the home. Custom joinery was integrated to enhance architectural geometry while discreetly maximizing storage. Floor-to-ceiling glazing invites natural light deep into the interior, allowing subtle shifts in shadow and tone to animate the space from morning to evening. The lighting scheme combines recessed fixtures with sculptural pendants to create depth and atmosphere.

Each room was designed with intention and narrative. The living space is anchored by a statement sofa and handwoven rug, layered with textured cushions and curated objects that add personality without clutter. The kitchen balances precision and tactility, pairing clean stone surfaces with warm timber cabinetry. In the master suite, muted tones, soft drapery, and layered textiles form a serene retreat — a space designed to restore and recalibrate.
